We will ship our toys with PostNL. including tracking.

The prices depending on destination and the total weight of the package; 

Netherlands 

€ 6.95; up to 10 kilos

€ 13.90; between 10 - 23 kilos

WHICH DAYS WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We ship in between 1 - 2 workdays. 

 

RETURN AND/ OR EXCHANGE

A. You are entitled to return the articles in their original condition without giving any reason within 7 working days after delivery in the same packaging as in which they were delivered. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your account. We will send a confirmation of receipt of the return shipment by e-mail. You still owe the charged shipping costs. An amount already paid by you, less the charged shipping costs, will be refunded to your account within 14 days after the actual return of the items.

 

B. Exchange of articles is only possible on written request within 7 working days after delivery of the articles. The articles must be returned in their original condition and packaged in the same way. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your account. We will send a confirmation of receipt of the return shipment by e-mail.

 

C. After the period of 7 working days you can no longer return your purchase and you still owe the full purchase amount. It is up to you to demonstrate that you have exercised your right to return in good time. Therefore, we recommend that you make sure that you are in possession of a receipt, proof of postal delivery or a similar document.

 

D. Under no circumstances can you return an article in the following situations: - The article is no longer complete or damaged; - The article does not contain all items included by the manufacturer upon delivery; - The article is not in the original, undamaged packaging
